Philly courts’ civil e-filing, docket searches restored
The Philadelphia courts system announced Monday that electronic filing and docket searches for civil and Orphans’ Court cases have been restored, nearly six weeks after those programs and others were shut down as a precaution following a virus attack.
SoluStaff was hired to combat the attack and will work with the First Judicial District modernize its systems and improve security.
Philadelphia Courts Malware Attack
SoluStaff was hired as the security company to combat a malware attack against the Philadelphia courts system. The attack forced the courts to shut its employees’ email system and its court information and electronic-fling portals on May 21, 2019. Solustaff was awarded an additional contract to help the First Judicial District modernize its systems and improve security. SoluStaff is headquartered in Erdenheim and has offices in Center City, New York City, and Leesburg, Va.
